Horning Auction Company LLC was formed in 2015 by Ivan and Jere Horning.
After volunteering at benefit auctions & helping other auction companies. Also attending public auctions and observing it as a great way for everyone to have equal opportunity to buy and sell at fair market value. Specializing in farm & business liquidation auctions and end of  life estate dispersal's. It was soon realized, to be a full service to estates and dispersal's company we needed to focus on the real estates as well. In 2016 Ivan & Jere successfully graduated from real estate school in Rochester, New York therefore obtaining their license to sell real estate. With the main goal being to sell real estate by public auction. In 2017 Horning Auction Company LLC. became a real estate brokerage. Since that introduction Horning Auction Company has been successful in marketing and closing on over 20 million dollars in real estate primarily selling by auction!
